If you are not official media but rather an individual that wishes to submit feedback, ask a question or report something to Council, please contact Council’s Customer Service team so your enquiry can be progressed correctly. 

  • Online:   Go to our 24/7 customer service online centre for enquiries, feedback and reporting of a problem. Lodging this way ensures it is registered in Council's system and you will be provided with a reference number, of which you'll be able to track if necessary.
