Enjoy live music from Musicians Making a Difference, creative activities, face painting, pet therapy with Doggie Dates, mindfulness workshops and a free BBQ and coffee van.

Connect with local mental health and wellbeing services through interactive stalls and conversations in a relaxed, family-friendly setting.

Let’s come together to raise awareness, reduce stigma and support each other’s wellbeing. No bookings required. Everyone is welcome.
