When

Location

33 Gugandi Rd
Narara NSW 2250

Join local birding experts to explore different habitats at Narara EcoVillage, a bird hotspot with over 150 species recorded!

Can you tell the difference between a Firetail and a fire trail? Or a Rail and a Quail?

On this engaging adventure, ecologists from Central Coast Council and the Ecovillage will guide you through a variety of habitats and help you identify the birds by sight and by call.

  • Explore tall forest, wetland and rainforest.
  • Learn about bird ecology and use the Birdata app to become a Citizen Scientist!
  • Find out about regular birding walks and how you can make a difference in conserving some of our endangered species.
  • Of course, we will enjoy observing any other creatures we find such as cicadas and water dragons!
  • The tour is suitable for everyone from beginner birders and families through to experienced birders looking for a new adventure.
  • This is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about our beautiful birds and explore their habitat.
  • Morning tea will be provided.

Don't miss out on this chance to connect with nature and fellow bird enthusiasts.
