Wesley Mission - Care Finder Service Desk at Gosford Library
On the third Thursday of each month, representatives from Wesley Mission Care Service will be at Gosford Library to provide information about the Care Finder program.
The Care Finder program can assist elderly, vulnerable people 65+ years and First Nations people 50+ years, who are alone, at risk of homelessness, and/or require support to access the My Aged Care system.
Fully funded by the Primary Health Networks, Wesley Mission Care Finder services are provided free.
No bookings required.
