Application for - Bushfire Attack Level - BAL - Risk Assessment Certificate
Applicant is required to fill in the 'Application for Bushfire Attack Level Risk Assessment Certificate'. If application is submitted with a CDC application, no fees are applicable. If application is standalone, fees are payable on lodgement
