Procurement is how we purchase goods, services or works from external providers. This can be done through purchasing, leasing or contracting to deliver services and infrastructure to the community.

Our procurement activities are conducted in accordance with:
- The Local Government Act 1993
- Local Government (General) Regulation 2021
- Procurement Policy which explains how Council buys goods and services.
- Statement of Business Ethics which guides how Council expects individuals and organisations to engage with Council professionally and ethically.
- Code of Conduct which provides Council standards for ethical and transparent collaboration.
