Public Forums are held before Council Meetings commencing at 5:45pm. You can request to address Council at a Public Forum and this request must be lodged by no later than 10am on the day of the Council Meeting. The Request to Speak form outlines the guidelines for speaking on a meeting agenda item, including how long you can speak.
