Request to speak (Public Forum)

Public Forums are held before Council Meetings commencing at 6.00pm. You can request to address Council at a Public Forum and this request must be lodged by no later than 12pm the day before the Council Meeting. The Request to Speak form outlines the guidelines for speaking on a meeting agenda item, including how long you can speak.
