Council’s Property & Payments portal will be unavailable from 12 noon on Tuesday 30 June until 9am on Friday 3 July 2026. This planned annual outage allows for critical end of financial year system updates to occur. Alternate payment methods are available during this period.

Payment options

Our range of payment options including credit card direct debit and BPay make paying your rates water and other accounts easy.

There are different ways to pay your rates:

  • You can pay your general and water rates in person at the following Council facilities.  
    (Payment by credit card*, Cheque, EFTPOS and debit cards accepted at all locations)
    *Up to 1% merchant service fee is applicable 
    Merchant fees do not apply to debit cards

    Wyong Customer Contact Centre
    8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday (2 Hely Street, Wyong) 

    Gosford Regional Library
    8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday Gosford Regional Library (123a Donnison Street, Gosford)

    Woy Woy Library
    9am-5pm Monday to Friday (Crn Blackwall Rd and Oval Ave, Woy Woy)

    And currently also at:

    The Entrance Visitors Centre
    9am-5pm Monday (Memorial Park, Marine Parade, The Entrance)

    The Erina Library
    9am-5pm Tuesday (Erina Fair Shopping Centre 620-658 Terrigal Drive, Erina)

    Lake Haven Library
    9am-5pm Wednesday and Thursday (Lake Haven Shopping Centre, Goobarabah Avenue, Lake Haven)

  • Payment of rates and water accounts can be made at any Australia Post office during normal business hours using the pre-encoded deposit slip. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, EFTPOS debit or credit card. Currently, no Merchant Fee applies. 

  • Payment of rates and water accounts may be made by direct debit from your savings or cheque account. By lodging an application, your future rate instalments and water accounts will be automatically deducted from your nominated account as they are due.

    Simply download and complete a Request for Direct Debit Form and return by mail to PO Box 20 Wyong NSW 2259, email ask@centralcoast.nsw.gov.au or drop in to a Customer Service Centre.

  • Contact your participating financial institution to make this payment from cheque, savings, or credit card account

  • Make your cheque payable to Central Coast Council and send it along with the payment slip at the bottom of your rates or water account to PO Box 20, Wyong NSW 2259.

    Please note: receipts are not issued for payments received through the mail
