Each individual pensioner must complete an application form to be eligible for the concession, and accept/sign the declaration and authority, and authorises the consent for Council to check the applicants eligibility with Centrelink. The completed application should be returned to Council.
Application for intitial compliance inspection of a registrable baording house is required after the conditions of consent has been met and registration with Department of Fair Trading.
To facilitate the pre-development meeting, it is necessary to submit concept plans/sketches, preliminary design layout (floor plan, elevations, height), an outline of your proposal (giving details of all lots) and an agenda with details of all specific matters that you wish to be covered during the meeting.

Application for Subsidised Desexing Voucher for period 1 July 2018-30 June 2019.
This application form relates to Vehicle Access Crossings (VACs) for new single and/or secondary dwellings and all existing residential, commercial and industrial developments. All VACs for new dual occupancies, residential units, industrial developments and/or commercial developments require a completed ‘Application Form for Subdivision Works Certificate and other Development related Civil Works’ to be submitted to Council with appropriate design drawings.
Owners who are renting or selling a property with a swimming pool or spa are required to have a current swimming pool certificate of compliance or a relevant occupation certificate issued within the last 3 years. Certificates are also required when property owner is fostering children or doing home based childcare at the home.
Plumbing and drainage inspection form is required to be completed and returned when applicants are altering internal plumbing but not altering existing OSSM. Plumbing works are required to be inspected by Council. Principal Certifiers are not authorised to inspect plumbing works.
Any person wishing to undertake excavation works on Council’s road reserve is required to obtain Council’s approval prior to commencement. The road reserve includes all of the land comprising a public road as well as the carriageway and nature strip from property boundary to property boundary. Excavation of Council road reserve is usually required for service connections to water, sewer, electricity, gas, telecommunications and drainage. This application form must be completed for all road opening activities that are not associated with a current
development consent. A completed ‘Application Form for Subdivision Works Certificate and other Development related Civil Works’ found on Council’s website is required if works are associated with a current development consent.
Exemptions from development and building approval may apply to swimming pool fences and barriers provided they comply with relevant provisions of Regulations. Fences and barriers are required under the Building Act 2004 to restrict access of young children to pool and immediate pool surrounds.
